Skills and Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field of study;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Mastery of MS Office software (Excel, Outlook);
  • Self-starter with good priority management;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

Reporting to the Supervisor - Customer Service, the Customer Service Representative must ensure daily follow-up of customer and representative requests.

  • Receive calls;
  • Receive and document orders;
  • Enter orders into the computer system in order to put them into production;
  • Follow up on promised orders on a daily basis;
  • Follow up with customers;
  • Communicate with the different departments;
  • Manage inventories;
  • Manage customer complaints;
  • Replace at the reception desk when needed.
