Skills and Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field of study;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Mastery of MS Office software (Excel, Outlook);
- Self-starter with good priority management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
Reporting to the Supervisor - Customer Service, the Customer Service Representative must ensure daily follow-up of customer and representative requests.
- Receive calls;
- Receive and document orders;
- Enter orders into the computer system in order to put them into production;
- Follow up on promised orders on a daily basis;
- Follow up with customers;
- Communicate with the different departments;
- Manage inventories;
- Manage customer complaints;
- Replace at the reception desk when needed.
