Skills and Requirements

  • Certificate in Human Resources Management or DEC in Administration or a combination of experience and/or training deemed equivalent;
  • 1 month to 2 years experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent command of French;
  • Excellent command of computer tools (MS Office suite), particularly Excel;
  • Skills required: adaptability, attention to detail, customer service oriented and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reporting to the Vice President - Human Resources, you will be responsible for:

  • Compiling training data in accordance with the Skills Act, maintaining the skills register, organizing certain training as needed;
  • Carry out the complete recruitment process for certain positions (job postings, sorting of resumes, telephone interviews, individual or group interviews, reference and docket checks, hiring letters, refusal letters, preparation of employee files, welcoming and integration, etc.);
  • Manage employee absences (data entry), issue reports;
  • Prepare all relevant documentation for the preparation of the payroll (application of the rules of the various collective agreements) using Kronos;
  • Write various documents;
  • All other related tasks as needed.
