Skills and Requirements
- Professional degree in mechanical parts and accessories sales or a combination of experience or training deemed equivalent;
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant clerical experience in a comparable position;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Good organizational skills;
- Enjoy working in a team;
- Respect for priorities;
- Ability to learn new applications;
- Have a sense of resourcefulness.
Under the responsibility of the Director of Mechanical Maintenance, you will be responsible for:
- Process incoming requests and route or distribute parts and supplies within the facility;
- Possess basic knowledge of purchasing to be able to perform buyer’s replacement when needed;
- Receive and sort parts and supplies;
- Manage items and their disposition in the warehouse;
- Manage a database;
- Ensure proper inventory management;
- Maintain inventory control;
- Communicate with suppliers;
- Complete return forms for manufacturers to justify the return of a part;
- Perform other related clerical duties.
