Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an account executive position in a product development industry;
  • Superior communication, multi-project management and problem solving skills;
  • Proven marketing and brand management skills;
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken;
  • Possess a valid driver’s license;
  • Knowledge of the printing industry (an asset).

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Display Representative will represent the company to various Mitchel-Lincoln Packaging customers. In collaboration with the product development team and the estimator, he/she participates in the development of all the concepts and sales tools necessary to sell a project.

  • Maintain and develop business and partnership relationships with customers;
  • Develop new networks and expand the customer base;
  • Demonstrate internally and externally a professional, dynamic, positive image and knowledge of the company, its products and services and its industry;
  • Create quality requests to ensure that the product development team receives the input, vision and needs of the client for each project worked on;
  • Actively participate in the development of concepts and presentation tools with the product development team;
  • Ensure that all elements presented to the client meet the client’s standards and expectations;
  • Ensure that all project details are present at the time of transferring the sales file to the sales coordination team;
  • Perform any other related tasks.
