Technology - High quality Corrugated cardboard and boxes

Mitchel-Lincoln continually reinvests in state of the art equipment to provide you with all your packaging projects.  High speed flexo presses, such as our newly acquired Bobst 820 capable of producing up to 24 000 boxes per hour, Post and J&L specialty folder gluers, jumbo presses (largest in Quebec) capable of producing your large format boxes in one piece, rotary and flatbed die cutting equipment, and a digital printer for your retail point of purchase requirements are all part of our technological arsenal. These pieces of equipment are all computer assisted and linked to our erp software thus enabling us to follow every order regardless of the plant it is produced at.

The corrugator at our Vaudreuil facility specializes in producing triple wall board.  Whether you require small or large volumes, we can accommodate.   Our trucks are equipped with GPS devices which inform us in real time where every truck is and the orders to be delivered.

All this, to better serve you, our customer, because after all, you deserve your orders “On time, as ordered”.

New Forest Paper Mill began operations in April of 2006 and is a joint venture between Mitchel-Lincoln Packaging and Atlantic Packaging. The state-of-the-art Voith machine produces over 200,000 tons of liner and medium each year and has a trim width of 200".

This project involved the construction of a new paper manufacturing facility with over 250,000 square feet of floor area. The main press room is 72 feet high with three 40 ton cranes spanning 100 feet. All of the buildings are multi-level and house process equipment, presses, warehousing, and an aerobic water treatment facility.
