Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other combination of experience and education deemed equivalent;
- Experience in a similar position (an asset);
- Bilingualism, French and English, oral and written;
- Market and business development skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Strong sales skills and excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to relate easily to people.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Account Manager develops and maintains a business partnership with customers in order to build long-term mutual trust. The Account Manager is responsible for:
- Prospecting the market to identify and develop new business opportunities;
- Continuously update customer files in the database;
- Ensure constant follow-up with our partners regarding sales, inventory management and various requests;
- Write quotations and finalize sales contracts;
- Work in close collaboration with the sales team, quotes, samples, computer graphics, customer service, shipping and quality assurance;
- Perform all other related tasks.
